New York-based financial technology company SmartAsset recently conducted a study seeking to identify where in the U.S. people have made the most money from the stock market while taking the least risk. According to their findings, Glendale, CA residents ranked #2 in California with a post-tax return of 10.8% and a 88.16 ranking on SmartAsset's custom Savviest Investors Index.
