It’s two weeks into 2016, and that means people across the nation have yet to act on their vow to get in better shape and flocking to gyms everywhere. To promote a healthier lifestyle in the New Year, we’re highlighting fitness centers located in Glendale. We have no recommendation of one over the other. An individual’s assessment of fitness training differs based on time, budget and health restrictions. It always recommended that you have regular check-ups with your doctor and follow their advice.
This is Part One of an ongoing series.
