GWP Customer Service Coming to Your Neighborhood

Come by Sparr Heights Community Center this Saturday, April 1st to visit GWP’s Customer Service Department. GWP is bringing customer service to your neighborhoods on Saturdays to better serve its customers.

Glendale residents will have the opportunity to learn about GWP’s billing and payment options, make electronic payments, enroll in programs, and meet staff who can answer questions about your GWP service. Residents who attend will also get a free conservation kit to take home with them.

“We want to make it more convenient for customers to connect with us. There are many programs and services that customers may not be aware of, and by visiting us at these different events we can connect with our customers to help them conserve, save money and also take their suggestions to better serve our community,” General Manager, Steve Zurn stated.

There will be more events and programs such as this one, so even if you miss out on this event, look for more coming in June, September, and November. To find out when GWP will be in your neighborhood visit www.GlendaleWaterAndPower.com or call (818) 548-3300 for information and updates. The event begins at 10:00 am and lasts until 1:00 pm at the Sparr Heights Community Center located at 1613 Glencoe Way, Glendale, CA 91208.

GWP customer service in your neighborhood is just one part of a larger effort to get city services out of the civic center and into your neighborhoods. In January of this year, the Glendale City Council hosted a special transportation meeting as part of their “City Council in your Neighborhood” program. The goal is to meet with residents in their own neighborhoods and introduce them to the City of Glendale’s various resources.
