Consent Items
The Glendale City Council approved the consent calendar, which included two items, with one unanimous vote.
City Council authorized the execution of an amendment to the City’s existing Professional Services agreement with MSO Technologies, Inc. which will increase the contract amount by $30,000 and which will allow technical support services related to the operation of the GWP’s Water Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System, which provides GWP Water Operations staff with the ability to both centrally and remotely monitor and control City’s water production, storage and distribution system. Action Items
Glendale City Council authorized the Purchasing Administrator to enter into a three year agreement with Enforcement Aviation Services which provides helicopter avionics, maintenance, service and repairs to continue the daily operation of the Joint Air Support Unit. The City employs a full time mechanic; however, some helicopter repairs require specialized training that goes beyond the capability of the City’s accredited mechanic. Full report can be found here.
