How to Research a Property:


Would you like to check what permits are available for a property? Customers may review permit history from approximately January 2017-present by here.


If you’d like to review permit copies or property detail prior to January 2017 they may submit a public records request.


How to Verify Permit Issuance & Report Building Code Violations:


Visit the monthly building permit report page to verify that work occurring around your neighborhood is permitted. If you find that there are code violations and would like to file a report, you may do so here.
