The City of Glendale is in the planning phases of a website redesign and has made available a survey opportunity through Friday, September 4 in order to obtain feedback from residents, businesses, and visitors about the functionality of the current Glendaleca.gov website from the perspective of a user interface design. The survey results will enable the City to make decisions in the website redesign process that improve user experience, with the interests of Glendale stakeholders top-of-mind. All community members are encouraged to make their voices heard and play a part in the development of a website that best serves all who utilize the City’s many digital services.
Online Survey Residents and other stakeholders interested in providing feedback about the current website and what they would like to see in a new site can take the online survey. The survey closes on September 4, 2020.
