Glendale to Help Raise Funds for Hurricane Victims

The residents of Glendale followed every moment of the La Tuna Canyon fire as it crept its way toward homes in the City of Glendale. The great work of the Glendale Fire Department and partnering agencies saved those homes from damage and destruction, and kept the residents of the City of Glendale safe as the fire quickly grew in size.

Now that the La Tuna Canyon fire has passed, the City of Glendale and its residents have a valuable opportunity to pay that good work forward to where it's needed most.

As the residents of Texas and Louisiana began to recover from the wreckage caused by Hurricane Harvey, another storm, Hurricane Irma, made landfall in Florida. In light of these disasters, the City of Glendale believes it's time to embrace the victims of hurricanes Harvey and Irma.

The City of Glendale, upon the directive of the Glendale City Council, created this webpage to encourage support for the victims of the recent hurricanes. Please consider donating to one of the featured organizations.
