YWCA Glendale's Domestic Violence Survey

Our colleagues at YWCA Glendale are conducting a brief survey collecting information on our community’s viewpoints on domestic violence. The survey should only take 10-12 minutes to complete, and is available in English, Spanish, and Armenian. All of the answers to the questions will be anonymous and confidential.

All survey responses are due by March 30. Please select the survey in your language preference:

If you have any questions, please contact YWCA Glendale’s Domestic Violence Education and Outreach Specialist, Devon Malick, at (818) 242-4155 ext. 227 or devonmalick@glendaleywca.org.

Your participation helps YWCA Glendale strengthen its services, which currently include:

  • 24/7 Crisis Hotline (888-999-7511)- Provides confidential support, crisis assistance, community referrals and information about other programs and services.

  • Emergency Shelter-Offers a temporary community living environment for women and their children whose safety is in immediate risk.

  • Domestic Violence Service Center- Offers case management, legal assistance, counseling, resources, referrals and childcare to survivors and their children.

  • Prevention and Education Services-Facilitates discussions on domestic violence, sexual assault, teen dating violence and stalking in Glendale and surrounding communities.

Results of the survey will be shared on YWCA Glendale’s website at glendaleywca.org by early summer 2018.
